I took my car to Miller Pit Stop USA at 10380 Jones Rd yesterday to get an oil change. It was my 2nd time going there. Initially the guy who turned out to be the Manager walked out and asked another customer that pulled up in the inspection lane what she needed then asked me as I was already in the oil change lane. He tells me well you're gonna have to wait and back up and let her in. I said no I'm not because I was here before she was. He said oh I didn't know. Seriously, what a way to deal with customers. My car has high mileage but I know my car and keep the maintenance up so I told the technician Alex I wanted the basic oil change with regular oil which was $21.95 according to what's posted at the entrance plus that's what I got there last time. When completed the so-called manager Tony who is full of super rudeness and unprofessionalism told me my total was $34.95 and I asked why b/c it wasn't that much last time with the basic oil change. He said they used premium oil b/c they don't have the $21.95 one anymore. I said well that's false advertising and I should have been told that before ya'll did it so I could decide if I wanted it and I shouldn't pay you anything b/c that's not right. What if I didn't have that much money on me and weren't able to pay? He wrote down my license plate info on a piece of ditto paper attached to a clip board. I went ahead and paid after speaking to another technician named Larry. However the receipt from my previous visit and this visit is not much different except the charges of $2.25 for oil, $6.50 additional for labor, and $32.20 for Mobil Full Service Oil & Filter change but all the wording of the service description is the same! I also asked for the owner's name and they refused to provide it but that's ok since it's public information and can be located. I took pictures of what was posted and the cost and the Manager Tony came out taking a picture of my car. I am not done with this. They get 0 stars from me.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and I have never been treated as rude and as unprofessional as I was at this place. Apparently, they have new ownership. I had the dealership on the phone asking a specific question about the oil and the guy came out and waved me in. As I was driving in he starts screaming get off your phone and back out. I said sir I was looking straight ahead and at you and you waved me in. He said I don't care get out of my shop! There was no issue with me driving in as my eyes were on what I was doing. I realized it was almost 6 and this why he did this. I was very confused by his insinuation that I was not paying attention and asked for the manager and he said they didn't have one. Then said leave, I don't care! Just go somewhere else! It was very insulting and alarming.

I brought a vehicle for inspection and oil change at 10380 Jones Rd Houston, TX 77065.

During the drive back home, engine oil was leaking everywhere and smoke came out.

It seems like technicians forgot to put engine's cap on or there could be more issue. Oil was smoked and splash around the car. Luckily the car was not burned.



I called store and technician refused to come over to look at my vehicle.

Just left this place and I thought it was strange there was no one there having their car serviced. Had my car inspected and I paid the fee got in my Jeep and all the gauges were not working and the mileage gauge instead of showing the mileage said "No bus" , I opened my door and told the guy the gauges were not working. He said,"Yep I saw that but you passed inspection...like it was OK. I said "What am I suppose to do now?" He said, "You got a smart phone?" I said Yes and then he says goodbye you'll figure it out! This place will F##k up your car do not do not go there.

Do not use this place for servicing your car! The employees they have here are slow and rude. This business owner needs to try and be sure they have people that can communicate friendly and work much faster! Oh and how about some uniforms to look professional. When I told the employee that I own a service company and have been bringing my fleet in to be serviced for along time but will not be coming back he said " It don't bother me none" Like I said, LOUSY SERVICE!!!

Don't go There

We've used them for oil changes and car inspections for years, but they recently changed ownership and we'll never go back. They flushed the radiator and changed transmission fluid in our Eclipse. Within a few days it started overheating. We ended up having to replace the engine because it red lined on the highway. They denied messing with the lower radiator hose, but seems odd that that's the hose clamp that failed, when we had NO problems prior to their service. On top of that they charged $80 to change the oil in my truck. They claimed I needed synthetic oil because the cap said 'dexos' on it...big difference between synthetic and synthetic blend!
