I am from Portand OR. My brother took me here last Friday evening. The parking lot is so small for us to park our rental van. On the way back home from a vacation trip we were 15 people went to this restaurant for a quick dinner. First impression was not good at all. We were very disappointed by the owner of the restaurant. His face looked really mean, his behavior was rude. After get a table and chairs we all (14 people) sit down and waited for the waiter. A waiter came out, gave us only 4 menus for 14 people to take turn reading it. We all are new to this place, some of us from Portland OR. Then the owner showed up at my table he asked me to order. I told him that I need to wait for my brother in-law hand me the menu. The owner said that all items in the menu were Pho, so I did not need to look at the menu !!. He rushed me to order. I was not confortable but I just ordered what ever on the menu. After that the owner turned to my wife, he did the same way he did to me, My wife just told very politely that some of us did not order yet. He said: "I just took order at this table only", then he left. After about 15 min some of us got served, but my order was a large bowl, the waiter brought me a small one :-), after a while my wife order was not served, I called the waiter to check, then we found out that the owner did not write that order down. It was a bad experience with this place. Please be prepare to deal with this mean & rude owner of this restaurant. Never come back. Food OK like most of the Vietnamese noodle in Houston area.
