I took my dad to Pharmserv, because he got the blood sugar monitor there couple month ago. There were two asian older/younger ladies working behind the counter. My dad have question regarding the type of strip when using this monitor and right away, one of the older lady was very unfriendly and unhelpful and so very rude. She insist claiming that my dad didn't got this monitor from this store and didn't want to help. We have ask her to check my dad record and later I've ask the other lady to see if it was in fact that he have gotton the monitor there. I over heard that rude old lady says to her co-worker " unforturnately yes ".

No apologies or omitting wrong what so ever either! You'll think Asian would help Asian??? Think again!

I know I'll never go that place again. I'll take my dad to some place else for his medicines.

Pharmserv - unknowledgeable, rude, unprofessional.

P.S. The other young lady who work there was able to help me and she's extremely nice. She(old) should learn from her work ethics.
