The second awful pet smart location for pet groomers. They are not polite never smile. I walked in to drop my dog off and the lady never smiled or greeted me just asked what my dogs name. I waited for the gentleman I spoke to and he asked the lady if she can bathe my dog and she closed her eyes as if it was a bother to her. I told them not to worry I won't bring my dog here ever again. Since it seemed such an inconvenience to them.

Went to have my dog groomed at this pet smart and when I picked her up she was at the vet due to an injury from the groomer. Staff was unsympathetic and rude about the situation. They just offered to not charge me and to pay for the vet bill. Not once did they apologize about it. Assistant manager was not helpful at all either. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this Petsmart for a long time now and every time I go in, I have never had any problems. It's a spacious facility, located in a good part of town and is always clean. In addition to going to the store on about a bi-monthly basis, I also just visited Banfield this past weekend to get my puppy his first set of shots. I have never received such great service from a vet. This service is what made us sign up for their wellness plans. Yes, I'm locked into 1 vet now, but I'm okay with it because it was such a pleasant experience.

I was in the store looking for dog food on 6/8/13 and I saw a girl grooming a small dog. She was trimming around the dog s face and it was snapping at her. She grabbed the dogs muzzle and shook it and then held on to it for about a full minute. She seemed very frustrated. Another employee then walked past, unaware of what had happened and the girl let go of the dog s nose. She got a phone and walked back in front of the dog as if calling the owner to pick it up.

Took my dog in to get her yearly shot. I was not aware or was not told that the special rabie shot days were no longer available. I went in got charged a $55.00 office visit. That was okay since My dog needed a check up anyway. The main factor of this is I was not aware of the price. Anyhow, I was really concerned becaue they gave my dog a rabie shot in the room in front of me, but when the vet said that my dog needed an anti-biotic shot they took her out of the room. I really dont know if they really gave her the $65.00 anti-biotic shot or not but it made me uncomfortable either way. I probably will not go back. thanks anyway.

The dog training classes there were wonderful! I took my dog there for the beginner classes and the trainer did wonders for my dog. She trained him sit, down, stay, come, leave it, and better walking behaviors. The best part was that she also trained me on how to train him, so that I can control Cooper myself. I also like that she did it all with positive reinforcement training so now Cooper will sit or lay down just because he has fun and he thinks he will get something like treats or praise for his good behavior. I really recommend the training to my friends and relatives. I have already signed up for the Intermediate class!
