I don't know how many stars are in the sky but Dr. Parham, the owner, deserves them all in this rating. He REALLY cares about your animals and your wallet. I have been going there since the day it opened. It is not fancy dancy to keep the prices down but it is a life-saver and my first stop. If a cancer doc is needed or a specialist, Dr. Parham will stabilize your animal until you get get to one the next day. Bring lunch, books, music and after just checking in with the front desk, just steps from parking, give them your cell number and wait with your animal/s in the car to be comfy. Don't let a couple of office people turn you away with their inexperience. Behind those doors is a precious, smart, caring vet who is so worth seeing. Call ahead to see when he himself is in especially if you have a sick or injured animal. If there are office glitches like ordering online, always use the fax. Phone orders don't work --they are too busy. Patience and getting to know them will change your life and help your animals. I mean this with all my heart.

this is the best place, for my Chloe never been disappointed ever. I love how friendly the staff is.the negative reviews are untrue it's a great place with a fair price. they treat your pets like family. I always go there even if it takes me 45 minutes to get there it's so worth it.

Love this place! The negative reviews aren't worth reading because I've had crappy service at expensive vet clinics and paid over a grand to look and say I can't save your dog... Pet Express is great! I don't think it's anything like the bad reviews say. Pretentious superior would say negative things about this place! There was a wait but I expect it with any medical office. If you hate the wait pay 2000 bucks to be placed in a room.

i hate to do this to petcare express. but im sure they do not mind. they are cheap and they have plenty of customers so im sure this will not even mater to them. i am just whatever number that came though the door that day.

THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFERCULT TO GET FLEA MEDICINE FROM ONLINE WEBSITES

in fact, they make it impossible.

Yes, Everyone’s experience is different but I say

Do not go to this place. I took my dog here. They told me she needed flea medicine. The flea medicine there was expensive. So I found a alot cheaper place online that you hear advertising on TV often.



So I ordered my flea medicine from the online place and when they went to call pet care express to confirm the prescription for the flea medicine, pet care express would not confirm the prescription with them. They wanted me to physically go back there and pick up a piece of paper and physically mail it to the online place. When

ALL PETCARE EXPRESS HAD TO DO WAS CONFIRM THE PRESRCIPTION OVER THE PHONE

And they WOULD NOT do that. THEY REFUSED TO DO THAT!



i am a paying customer. who paid them for their services. i should not have to return to their place of business so they can complete their job



Yes, sure some of the people working there are nice and pet care express is cheap. They will give you cheap vaccinations, but they will not work with you when you try and get flea medicine elsewhere



So you get what you pay for. if you even get anything at all. the place is ghetto.



They are always to busy to help you on the phone.

They keep you waiting on hold for 5 minuets at a time.

its a gamble with them.

when you go, maybe you can wait for a second if there is no onethere,

but everytime i go i always wait at least an hour. one time i waited 2.5 hours

If you want to get your pet anything else besides cheap vaccinations DO NOT GO HERE



to resolve my issue, I tried other options with pet care express; I tried to work with the lady at pet care express. I tried to reason with her. But her only choice for me was to drive all the way back there to resolve this issue. All you have to do is tell the online place it’s ok to fill the prescription

I HAVE GOTTEN PAIN MEDICINE A LOT EASIER THEN IT HAS TAKEN TO GET THIS FLEA MEDICINE FROM HERE

Something so simple that can be resolved over the phone, but they don’t want to work with me OR THE ONNLINE PLACE I CHOOSED TO BUY MY FLEA MEDICINE FROM

Maybe they won’t work with you.

Or maybe they will.

It’s always a chance you take when you try someplace new right?

Maybe you will get lucky and everything will be perfect



I tried being patient with pet care express. I tried being understanding. I never do these reviews. NEVER. I have other things to do then voice my displeasure at some poor customer service i received, But Pet care express has left me with no choice but to voice my displeasure on here.



I am aloyal person, a few weeks ago, i would have told anyone how they are ok and yea sure try it out.

not anymore.

I hate to be the guy on here yelling don’t go to pet care express. But the place let me no other choice.



Now, I have to go to another vet. I have to make an appointment. I have to wait, and go though all the motions all over again at a brand new vet, just so I can get my dog some flea medicine

Hey who knows, maybe the the vet will be a breath of fresh air after all the time I wasted trying to get flea medicine.

I was under the impression that I was making a relationship with a veterinarian clinic that cared about dog Wellness. I had no Idea that this clinic only cared about making money. I went in to the clinic because I had forgotten to order my dog (Molly) heart worm meds. I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk she ask me to sit and she would ask the Doctor. She had me waiting for 45 min and never asked the Doctor. I then ask the lady if she could ask she said I forgot. She then ask the Doctors and the two that were on duty had no care of my dogs well being. I showed the receptionist the picture to show the Doctors so the Doctors response became, " I don't know that product." So if you don't buy from us she will not have heart worm treatment was the receptionist attitude and she could careless for my dogs well being.If they not had be waiting for and hour I could have taken my dog to another vet were my dog could have gotten the help she needed. So for the first time since I rescued molly she as missed her dose 9mos old. Please if you care about you puppy as I do don't bring you animal to incompetent skilled vet. Doctors whom have no idea whats on the market and only works with the drugs they understand and can handle. Take you dogs to Doctors that have a high quailty education with intent to do whats best for your dog's wellness. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE do your research and pick a educated veterinarian that can give your dog the best care possible. Just like the Tick on a dog, or the Worms in the heart of a dog they have one goal in mind and that to complete their live cycle of a parasite and suck you dry! This clinic only care about making money!!!! They have no interest in learning who you are or you pet and I have been coming to this clinic for a year and they treated me like a first time client. THESE VETS JUST SUCK!!!!

VERY reasonable rates and competent, personable vet. Unfortunately, no appointments are set up and the wait time often runs around 1 hour. Also, phone calls are not being returned.
