Technical setup abilities are good but unfortunately that is where it ends. We had several meetings with Perigee Telecom explaining our reservations about continuing with AT&T as our service provider after many years of AT&T not full filling our promises to find a better solution for our 60,000 sq ft building / 85 employees. AT&T contracts with these 3rd party vendors such as Perigee to sell you a $50,000 phone system, set it up but they do not step foot in your building again after the sale. They could not explain why the savings was only 1/2 of what they quoted in their proposal. As a matter of fact they do not have the ability to explain your first phone bill at all. You will have to call a different 1-800 number for that and of course the person you talk to out of Atlanta Georgia has never been to your location and has no idea how your system was suppose to be utilized. In retrospect, all of my verbal questions should have been in writing.
