I have been shopping from Perfume Time since 1995 they used to be Time Plus. These guys are the most honest people you can come across in the businesses on Harwin. If they don't carry what you are looking for they will direct you somewhere else. I feel very special when I walk in the store, their friendliness and personal interest they take when a customer walks in I can feel the genuine welcome.
