Provided by YP.comWe frequent the Pei Wei at Windermere (1960 and 290) and the food is okay although they typically get our order wrong. However, recently, I placed an online order and paid. When my husband went to pick up the food, they told him the charge was still pending so he had to pay again. Well, both charges went through and the Pei Wei has refused to give us a refund for one of the payments - instead they told us to just dispute it with one or our credit cards. The site has been completely unresponsive as well to my e-mails. Now, we are being forced to dispute the charges with one of our credit cards. That is just bad customer service!
