The appt process at this clinic is beyond horrible.... Made a sick child appt at 11am, arrived at clinic only to find out the appt had been changed to another location at a later time.... Arrive at that appt early only to be sent away because I have not received my new insurance card yet. I have the temporary but that wasn't good enough for office staff. Personally I believe the staff had a case of eating to much at lunch and didn't feel like verifying the insurance. I worked in a medical clinic for almost 10yrs, so I am well aware that all you need is a subscriber ID, group # and 800 # to verify. My son was sent away with fever over 102. It's a damn shame the type of people that are currently allowed to work in medical practices.

Referral process is very bad. Referral process here is a mess. I had a huge delay in referral and its very hard to get hold of some one who can address any concerns here.

Horrible place to being your child, if your looking at reviews to decide where to go take this as a warning. Never there when you need them they go out for a 2 and a half hour lunch mid day when you'd need them most. My daughter had janudice and needed to be checked within 72 hours of leaving the hospital and they wouldn't even take her for a week. They told us "go to the ER because we're about to leave for lunch" horrible people that don't care about anything except for getting off as early as possible. BEWARE

Terrible place, they claim they have a 24/7 nurse and its a lie. Once the office closes you are on your own. They book your appt in other locations. You show up in your preferred location and it turns out your appt was set in a different one. When they book appts in the righ clinic, they book the patient with the nurse practitioner not the dr. Their nurse phone service, when the clinic is open, is terrible, it costed me a trip to the ER. It took them 12 days to contact me about my son's lab work. At the lab, I was told they woul get the results the next day. If you want to speak to the Dr is a hassle. They wont give you a direct # to your chosen clinic, You have to call to the main line and then be transerred once you are trasnferred you will speak to the voicemail. I left like 5 messages in 4 days. They never returned my phone calls. The 6th time I was ugly to the receptionist and she finally connected me to the location I visit for my son. My son had an allergic reaction to the prescription he was given and when the dr. checked on him, she laughed at it. It was not fun to me. They take FOR-EVER, a regular appt takes 4-5 hours of my day. Finally after those 4-5 hrs its the nurse practitioner who checks on your kid, not the dr. - I chose this place cause the reviews I read were good. But my experience was simply terrible. I visited this clinic for six month and all my experiences were awful. Luckily, I have a new pediatrician for my son. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different place.

Dr Henery was okay but what really turned me off was the staff. They are very rude and slow the office always seems under staffed. If you chose to make an appoinment be prepared to wait. average wait time time for me was 65 min. just to get put in a room. The back office takes forever to process your request. I have five kids and keept going for two years because I did like Dr Henery but no more his rude staff wins! I have found a new Dr who at least acts like they are glad to see me and I am not a burden to them.
