After 5 long years, I finally decided to switch my girls to a more professional and cleaner office. I was only sticking around at this office because it was like 5 miutes from house but I couldn't take it anymore. There's really nothing positive I can say about this place. This place is super packed just about all the time, and because of this, the docs are always in a rush and seem like they want to get you out as quick as possible. A lot of the staff are always in a "I don't feel like being here" mood and the professionalism goes out the window. The way the nurses call you in is highly disorganized, they make you stand in the hallway until a room is availabe and the hallway is not that big. There's been times when I was waiting for a room and there was more than one available but the nurses were too busy chit chatting to assign me to one. Once you get a room, the doors are never closed so there's never any privacy and the wait time is always long. Sometimes the paper on the beds don't even get changed. Some of the scales don't work and the ones that do, look like they need to be replaced. The one thing that really gets to me is the fact that in the whole facility, there's only one restroom available! Besides the pediatric area, there's also a dentist office, an optometrist and the pharmacy which makes it super tight to navigate around there. This place needs a serious makeover and a different way of running things.
