These apartments are so bad. I have been here because they are affordable.Its been 3 years paint peeling in tbe shower, my garbage disposal hasnt worked in over a week. Inspite of calls to manager of Isabel states its not an emergency even though you can smell spoiling food now. My closet racks have been broken for 4 months my clothes are on my closet floor and after speaking to several of them about each problem . i was with a broken air for 3 months during summer 6/20 to 8/7. I have turned in problems in writing. Still nothing and my rent is always on time to not be given the service i am paying for. Pebble Brook on Gustine ln are the worst. And i left out so much more that needs repairs and not addressed.
