I think they only like to serve people who look like they are going to buy lots of merchandise. They tend to ask you to many questions when you try to get help from them. It's almost as if they are trying to weed you out and get you to go home. I find that most Sephora stores are like this, the staff thinks they are too great to help you. But I like playing with make up, and having a store that has make up and fragrance all in one spot. So I continue to go. Oh well.
