I found this company online saying they service the orange TX area and called them, and the first thing Suzanna asked was did you look for a local company because our trip fee is going to be huge. she said it would be over 2 hours for them to drive here.. obviously they're not too worried about customers.

Everything went well from my first call to them through performance of the work. The only thing that couldn't be done was insulation of my exterior walls through the mortar lines of my brick home as the mortar lines aren't wide enough for the drill bit and to have drilled the holes would have damaged the brick. The crew let me know th is before performing the work which was much appreciated. They provided an alternative solution of going through the sheet rock which I may do at a later time. The crew did a great job of treating my home with respect and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

Attic insulation. Workers were very professional. Susana had great follow up and was very thorough. A little bit more expensive than other companies due to the quality of the materials but we were really impressed so it was worth it.

Your office and installation team were very professional and I'm very pleased with the quality and timeliness of work. Your doing all the good. Keep up the good work. I will recommend your services to anyone who should ask. Its not often one finds your standard of excellence.

Hey guys and gals I like to pass on good things so here is a good thing. 2 weeks ago I had my house insulated in attic with R38 rated insulation 11 inches thick. First time in 38 years I have been comfortable in house. during cold weather.



The company, Payless Insulation, did a terrific job and at a super good price. The guys were efficient, courteous and did a great job. Cleaned up after work done and made sure I inspected to see if it met my approval.



If any of you need this done, contact me and I can give you detail. I can tell you it made a world of difference. Heater runs about half of what it used to and house stays warm. I can only guess that in summer, it will certainly reduce electric bill.

One of the most professional companies I have dealt with. The estimate was free. My electric bill was very high & the comfort of my home was so bad friends would not come visit. I was so pleased with the results of the attic-I called back to reinsulate my walls! I have 10 year old home that had some fiberglass that was definitely not working-Payless Insulation came in & blew right over it and installed Ultratouch cotton batts on the vertical walls built out into the attic crawl spaces on my 2nd floor. I didn't ask for it, but I got some of the same nice cotton on my attic stairs. I paid extra & had an attic tent installed above my attic stairs-my thermostat is right under the stairs & was causing my A/C to turn on more often. Also, no more loose material coming in every time someone goes up there!

My bill was cut drastically & now my friends & family visit often. The thermal benefit of the walls is outstanding-and who knew this stuff would be acoustical? It is so quiet now-no traffic noises! The same soft cardboard paper insulation is in my walls too (all done from the outside) & guaranteed not to settle

(attic or the walls). My next investment will be with this company's R8 cotton Superior Air Ducts-I am truly impressed with the results of both my electric bill & comfort. It is time for me to get new ducts soon & I will be using Payless Insulation again to replace old ducts with these new cotton ones that have a 10 year warranty-no one else offers this, I checked. Several family members & friends have already used them & have benefitted as I did. They cleaned up after they were done & you would have never known they had been there-very meticulous. My attic looks great too. Pros: Two thumbs WAY UP!!!!! My bill went down, my house is cool & doing the walls made it more quiet. Fast response, great service & prices; excellent results considering electricity went up 30% in the last year.
