Extremely disappointed. Didn't get the car we reserved (which happens), was told the substitution was in the same category, got a KIA Sorento instead of full size SUV, manager lied and told me it was a full size SUV, also told there was nothing bigger available, but the parking lot showed otherwise, charged more for the downgrade than what I could have reserved online at that point in time, and they refused to honor the price (let alone offer any compensation for not having what I reserved), called in a complaint to the 1-800 number, was told I'd get an email and call back with in 72 hours...(this was on 12/30), no call back so on 1/3 I called again, rep told me to go to their website and type in my own complaint as there was nothing on record...fast forward to 1/8 - still no call back! They don't care about your business and obviously know nothing about service. I give them a 0, but unfortunately that is not an option!
