I'll give them one star for great parking. That is the only positive thing I could say about this place. I called to make and appt in the AM explaining the situation with my cat on the phone. When I arrived the lobby was empty and and "mature" woman was sitting at the desk, barely looked up and said someone will be right with you. I thought she was a burnt out secretary, but to my suprise eneded up being the vet. I waited for a young lady to come up and hand me a clipboard that the vet was sitting next to. Paula Reass, DVM needs to retire. She is not demonstrating a professional or caring behavior in my observation. I am a human nurse who cared for my kitty at home with fluids, etc and wanted her evaluation and possible antibiotics if needed. She started to lecture (thats putting it nicely) in the lobby and said quote, " It's my way or no way" She never even saw my cat before she preceded to tell me he needed to stay at the clinic with her. I asked if she could eval my cat and she took me to a room and continued to go off on me for caring for myself. I'm sorry but you do what you have to do sometimes. I had a choice of nursing my kitty or letting him die the day before. the ER vet wanted 4G to take care of him. I hope Paula Reass should remove the first two letters from her last name. That would suit her style.

I ended up leaving the office due to her ranting and she never even looked at my cat. To Paula- I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THE INTERNET AND DO READ THIS-

IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO JUDGE. LEAVE GOD TO DO THAT, HE'S MUCH BETTER AT IT. GREET PEOPLE AND TELL THEM YOUR NAME- ITS UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO. AND HOBBLE OFF YOUR SOAPBOX. IF YOU WERE SO DAMN CONCERNED ABOUT MY CAT THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU EVEN EXAMINE HIM? BY THE WAY, I HAPPILY PAID ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL, KIND VET GOOD MONEY TO CARE FOR HIM. AND NO WONDER YOU HAVE A HELP WANTED SIGN IN YOUR WINDOW AND AN EMPTY LOBBY.

If you love your animal, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place sent our cat home with a dislocated hip and fractured leg and told us he would fine after a few days of medicine. After watching him limp around for two weeks and obliviously not getting better, we took him to another vet that diagnosed him with a leg/hip out of socket and fractured …………THIS VET IS AWFUL!!!!!!.............When we called her office and asked if she had x-rayed our cats leg, the girl who answers the phone said “well the vet felted of it”………..are you kidding me!!!!!! TRUST US GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
