Pat's Propane is the best propane company in Houston. I have been doing business with them for over 30 years. They are very courteous on the phone. When I call for a fill up they are very prompt. I like the calendars they give out each year. They are a real pleasure to do business with.

I have used Pat's Propane for years.

Unfortunately, their customer service has become a thing of the past. They failed to check the pilot on the hot water heater.

Now refusing to come and relight. Not only are they rude but they have put me in a possibility dangerous situation.

I've been using Pat's Propane for over seven years. I've never, ever had problems with their service or their price, which is often less than their competitors. Their service is prompt and courteous.

I think princessheather76 is full of sh*t. Pat's Propane has been servicing my household for the past 25 years or so, and we have NEVER had any problem. In fact, Victor has been the one to come out every single time, on time.

Pat's Propane has the WORST customer service I have experienced from a company. I would not recommend using this business. Customer service should be top priority.
