I have been coming here for almost 2 years, but today, I sadly made the decision not to come back for a long time, if ever. While I have always been fairly satisfied with their cleaning of my clothes/comforters, my concern is actually related to safety, specifically related to COVID. When I dropped of my clothes on Saturday, the woman behind the counter was not wearing a mask (I thought something was off but didn't realize it until I was walking out). Today, I picked up my clothes and the man behind the counter was also not wearing a mask. When I asked him if this particular establishment does not require wearing masks, his answer to me was that I was already wearing a mask, so he does not need to wear one. He further explained that when he sees a customer walk in without a mask, that is when he puts his mask on. He said that it is hot in the back (of the cleaners) and if I was back there, I would want to also remove the mask. Clearly, the workers at Park Avenue either have no idea what the safety reasons are of why BOTH worker and customer should wear masks, or are blatantly ignoring it. By not wearing a mask, the customer is not protected if the worker happens to have COVID. Not a sanitary or safe place to be during these frightening times.

They said we mistakenly gave your shirt to another customer After two months of complaints, multiple visits and phone calls Signature offered to refund my prepaid cost for the shirt dry clean fee. Speaks volume, please do not do business with Signature, shameful business ethic.
