Horrible... Now i read the reviews, I see Y they try to get you to sign a 14-mon lease.
I'll start by sayin, I'm a respectable physician, who recently change jobs & lookin to find a rental close by, while I get to know the place before buying...checked this place out b/c its 11mins frm my job... but left there feeling so small after these racist people treated me like a criminal...Gave thm last 3 pay stubs, which I'm positive equate to more than any of them make in a yr....nonetheless, they claims I need 2yrs tax returns + last 4 stubs frm last job, or 6-mons bank statements & stubs frm my current... & refuse to tke my physician contract as proof of income....1st off, what does my lst job have to do w/ rentin an apt if I gave you 3 stubs from my current job & offer copy of my contract w/ annual salary... I wasn't aware that my prior job would still b signin my checks to pay rent. 2nd, I'm rentin an apt, not buyin a house: Y do u need to go thru my bank statements & tax papers...racist

This place is literally a pile of crap, with a bright red cherry on top. Here is what I mean. When I moved here they have a leasing agent by the name of Tyrone. He was a good kid, and was very nice. He did make mistakes, but I truly believe he was not trained by Gina. She is too busy sitting in her office twiddling her thumbs. He sold me on the place, based on his personality. About 6 months later he left and with him left the last bit of natural intelligence in that office. He went on to become part of the management staff at a competing complex.

The staff are all smiles until they get your deposit and you sign, after that you are nothing but a number. I am currently working with the BBB, Attorney General, and the real estate company who owns the complex on issues with Gina and Co. This is meant to be a warning to anyone potentially thinking of moving here. You will be sorry if you do. I am former military, and have moved around a leased quite a bit…this was the worst experience I ever had. You really take for granted to customer service until you meet a staff like Park Avenue employees.

My husband and I visited these apartments on two separate occasions. Both times, we were poorly guided by a lady named "Ty," or so she said. She refused to show us on our first trip, and the second trip we were poorly guided around the property and told that the 2 bedrooms were "way too overpriced" with "little availability." We went online ourselves, and saw that they actually HAD 2 bedrooms available in our timeframe, and we went BACK into the office to ask about them and she said "Oh yeah I have those" and took us to a FULLY FURNISHED MODEL! HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR US AND THEN HAVE A FULLY FURNISHED MODEL!?!?!? She then continued to tell us that the community was very safe, and that there were plenty of people "like us" and that there were hardly any kids on the property so it would be quiet. That SCREAMS lawsuit, as she broke fair housing on multiple occasions. Anyways, we were also told by her that the pet fee/deposit was $250 total with NO pet rent. Because of the location of the complex, we decided to lease, got approved online, and then it tells us we owe $500 pet fees with $25 pet rent...the complete OPPOSITE of what we were told. When I called the following day, she said "Oh yeah, I may have made a mistake...sorry..." I asked to talk to the manager, who didn't offer any sort of apology and instead said she would refund our deposit. I informed her that her leasing agent discriminated against us, and refused to show us the property and she said OK and hung up. DO NOT LEASE AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! BEWARE THE MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!!!

I've lived here for a little over 2 years and have no complaints! This is a beautiful newer community with reasonable rent for the area that it is in. As far as break-ins, I'm not familiar with however the amount of courtesy patrols within the property is sufficient and are very visible on a daily basis! No matter what Apartments you go to, there will always be crime!

horrible service

Don't live here. Find another place. I've been here for the past 3 years and they still treat me as if I'm an unwelcomed guest in their home. Management is horrible and not willing to help no matter if its just a simple question that you need answered. Pests everywhere. Had mice in my apt on the 3rd floor! Called 3 times for pest control ended up taking care of it myself. No parking after 9pm. Once you sign the lease you can bet staff will not care or remember who you are.

difficult management

The place is really nice. I didn't have any problem with the complex at first sight. I heard from someone who referred me that the spiders are problematic especially in the summertime and the extermination services are useless to combat their major bug problem. great amenities & decent square footage for the price. only one issue-- office staff is very inconsistent and it caused us to back out of the process days before we were supposed to sign the lease. simply put, make sure you are extremely flexible and prepare yourself for the headache of following up with the staff. if u don't, they'll never get anything done in a timely fashion. they'll try to get away with doing the minimum and don't seem too concerned with pleasing the customer. to me that's a big red flag. if you show such a lack of concern before signing the lease I. could only imagine how difficult it would be once I'm locked into a contract
