It used to be nice, but it's become really run down. Money goes into repairs on garage (every couple of months) and on landscaping, but not into upkeep of the building. Lots of mold on outside of some of the bldgs. Halls are in very bad disrepair in some of the bldgs. Once you're inside the complex you can see how very shabby it is. Safety not great: there was a burglary here around the beginning of April of this year. Most appliances are as old as the bldg is, and frequently need repair. Pay careful attention to their lease when you go to sign, especially the part about the carpet. There's a good chance you're going to pay for a new one when you leave. Camille was a great mgr. but left about a month ago. Among other things, she kept pigeons under control--don't know if new person will. If not, that's a serious problem here--noise-wise and poop-wise.
