Excelente atencion al cliente. Muy recomendable este lugar. Ahora con este nuevo personal, las señoras nuevas que estan ahi super amables en todo.

We ordered a dress 6 months ago. The first dress that came in was the wrong size so they had to reorder. We were told it would take 3 weeks for the dress to come. Here we are a month before the even and no dress! We were told to come back on a particular date and time and the dress would be there. After a 45min drive we were told the dress was still not in. Pictures had to be rescheduled several time due to this. We called everyday to see if the dress had arrived and were told no. When the dress finally arrived we asked if we could have a discount for all the problems. They said it was not their fault and would not give us a discount on the dress.



This is unacceptable! You would think they would be in contact with their supplier to better serve their customer, especially with the price of these dresses. I will never shop in this store again and I would encourage others to do the same. The only reason they got one star is because Yelp requires that you rate at least one.
