My name is Alyvia ownwe of exotic scarves & swimsuit covers. I visited the store to send an international package to my mom in Israel. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Ms. Lauren and she immediately started assisting me by giving me many shipping & packaging options She was very friendly & helpful. Because I pride myself on exceptional customer service. I need to say thank you Ms. Lauren for your help. Wish you much success!

I recently sent a "Harry Potter-type, " magic wand to my daughter that I had hand made from the leg of a Sandhill Crane. I had packed it in a wooden case I made especially for it. Ms. Damian went out of her way to help me see that it was packed properly, and had me bring it in unpacked so she could assist me in packing it correctly. She went far out of her way in assisting me, providing me with packing material at little or no charge. On my final visit there, to show her a video of my daughter unwrapping the unexpected gift, I had the opportunity to watch her service customers for over an hour. I would say she is anything but rude. She might be blunt, and for some idiots that is mistaken for rudeness. Some of us do not suffer low IQ people gently especially when they should be old enough to know how to do some of this stuff themselves. Prices? About what you would expect when a US postal stamp costs $.50 for a 1 oz letter. Nothing is inexpensive anymore, got to love those unions. I love Ms. Damian, she is a breath of fresh air.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THEY OFFER TO ME. EVERY TIME I GO TO THE STORE THE PEOPLE ARE WILING TO HELP ME. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH SENDING AND RECEIVING THE PAKAGES. THEY WORK WELL IN US AND INTERNATIONALY. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS POSTAL SERVICE TO ANYBODY THAT ASK ME.
