I visited Poparazzi yesterday. I picked pecan caramel. It was good. Pretty sweet, so I can only eat so much at a time. My husband got cheddar cheese but he hasn't eaten his yet so I can't speak for him. The young man who waited on me provided wonderful service. It was fun sampling the popcorn too.

Horrible customer service. Do noy frequent the Galeria location at all!!!!!!! Ms.Franklin

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH POPARAZZI POPCORN! I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. I ordered online and their website changed by shipping choice to the 2 day air. I called to cancel and the manager said she would issue a refund for the difference. Well she didn't. Had to get me bank to take care of the transaction. By the way the delivery time was ridiculous. Will never buy from them again.

I can't believe all the horrible reviews that I see on this website for Poparazzi Popcorn. First I would like to say that majority of these reviews absurd and totally not true!! The customer service and staff at this business is outstanding and I hae been doing business with this company for over a year. I truly adore the the tasty gourmet popcorn that is offered at this business and I dont understand how you would write a review about a business and want to include horrible statements about how a person hair looks. What does the business customer service havr to do with how a person's hair look. Some people really need to reevaluate themselves before they decide to write a review on any business o establishment. HATS OFF TO POPARAZZI'S POPCORN AND I DO HOPE THAT OTHERS TRY THEIR POPCORN AND GO OFF YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT INSTEAD OF CRUEL OTHERS

THE OWNER IS THE PROBLEM: OK popcorn and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I was so disappointed, with the service!!!



Amazingly enough, it was the owner... unfortunately, I was referred by a friend & didn't do my own internet research. I really wanted to give this struggling company the business, since I recently saw an ad in "Rolling Out Magazine, they are seeking investors."



WHAT A SHAME TO be so RUDE & Unprofessional... the popcorn is good but not worth the time or money to be talked down to and 'barked" at for asking for an itemized receipt.. in 2011.



I felt so disappoint that spent over $200 and was given a hand cut receipt and was treated with such disrespect and impatience... for asking to sample a product before making a purchase.



The store is certainly not appealing and is poorly organized.



After being insulted and disrespected - I made my purchase anyway ONLY because I had small kids with me and didn't want to lose my cool.



Let's call it a "seed sown" from one business owner to the next.. what a pity in today's economy!

The popcorn is so so and customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced.Get off the phone,greet your customers and fix that tired weave.

Don't ever go here. They sux big time. The owners one some women with all the fake here r wig what ever that was on her head she is so rude. And some lite skin guy muscle head is rude also.I will not ever go here. I also done work for them and did not get paid.

Horrible business practices and a lack of commitment to customer service by the owner. How is it that a customer pays for popcorn that is by far below average at best, and is treated as if this business was doing me or us a favor with this stuff they attempt to call popcorn? Owner needs to learn about customer service, accountability and responsibility to the customer or customers. Without customers, no business and no stale popcorn.



If you are going to do business with this so call business, be aware of the owners lack of customers skills and poor popcorn service. In my opinion, just pop a bag in the microwave. At least you won't have to deal with poor customer service and stale popcorn.





Very dissapointed customer

Poparazzi's Gourmet Popcorn is an experience like no other! They have walls of candy, gift boxes, and 60 different flavors of popcorn! You have got to try it! The people are extremely nice and helpful. You can literally sample as many flavors of popcorn as you want. The popcorn is really fresh and not at all stale like many premade popcorns. It is so addicting!



They have the classics like butter, cheese, white cheddar, caramel, chocolate covered, and kettle corn. These are all great, definitely the best cheese popcorn I have ever had. What really makes this place special is their other unique flavors. All of their flavors are right on target like dill pickle, macaroni and cheese, sour cream and chives, jalapeno ranch, salt and vinegar. They have sweet varieties too like cinnamon toast, smores, butterfinger, oreo, puppy chow, banana pudding, strawberry cheesecake, and toffee almond. And they have fruit flavors. They also have different mixes of popcorn like Chicago (cheese popcorn and caramel popcorn).



The popcorn bag sizes go from mini, if you just want a little, to extra-large, which is huge! The prices are good, too.

Poparazzi's is a really neat experience and definitely worth every penny. You must go and see for yourself.
