Service is great and food is great, however they seem not to get the correct order. We ordered online and at delivery got a totally diferent pizza.
I called the store and was told we would get the correct pizza delivered.

It's such an inconvenience when your thinking you and your family are having dinner together and come to find that you now have to wait. This has happened more than once, the only reason we continue to order from this location is because the its literally 5 minutes away.

Would give 5 star but I am disappointed with not getting the correct order delivered.

Definitely by far the best customer service i have ever received at a Papa Johns. Store very well maintained. Kids could not agree on a pizza topping when we got to the store we had to change our order, the general manager Lindsey with out any hesitation took care of the changes and had my pizza ready in no time. Very well at choosing your leaders papa johns. Responsible and attentive people like her is what keeps the customers coming. Plus the pizza was great.

Cust services sucks. But food is good.

The deals are great and the pizza tastes wonderful!
