Let me start off by saying everyone in the office is very sweet. I'm disappointed with the services though. A month ago we brought our seven month old puppy in due to stomach issues and lack of appetite. The vet said he needed X-rays after his blood work came back fine. Of course they do not have the ability to do X-rays at the office. After spending around $400 there's we were told to go to another clinic where we spent another $600 for the X-rays. No answers were given. Just recommendations from both vets to switch up his diet. Our puppy became skin and bones. Losing up to fifteen pounds. Our hopes were broken. We finally decided to bring him to my boyfriend's family's vet. Within thirty seconds, yes I said THIRTY SECONDS, of coming in the room to examine him she knew he needed to have an emergency surgery. She let us know after all was done that if the other vets had taken the time to use a scope to view his intestines they would've been able to save majority of it. I have called twice now trying to get my puppy's records to give the other vet. i talked to two different techs. One said they would be emailed within thirty minutes of the call, nothing. The next said they couldn't email them, but had to fax them. Being said the other vet wanted them before surgery. Very disappointed. Luckily my puppy is on the road to recovery no thanks to them!

Great Place at affordable price. I drive from Galleria area as I know I will have the necessary attention and not pay a fortune to have my dog treated. Dr. Orso is kind and clearly loves animals. I highly recommend this place!

Actually I don't want to give any star for this place but I have tell people that please do not go this Panda clinic because they are very scary. Last Friday I took my two dogs to get spay and when I picked them up I found out their nails trimmed very short also bleeding and some nail breaking apart......I called them ask them why they trim their nails and they said because I request and I told them I never did and then they said because they scare the doggie nail scratch but the thing is they will not have the energy to scratch after surgery!!!! And then they tell me bring them back.....it was a long drive to take them home since they are still pain after the surgery and I really don't know why they ask me being them back for??

I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Panda Wellness Center. They took me into their clinic when every other clinic declined me. Compared to any other clinic around there prices were fantastic. My dog had great treatment, and will be coming back.

I took my dog there and did a lot of waiting around . They ran a series of test (and charged a lot for them too) only to give round about answers about what was wrong with my dog and and medication for unrelated issues. When I asked about results of the blood test (the only test we were concerned about) they said they would call me back and never did.

I took my dog in for an exam. They performed a skin scrap for mange. They were unsure of what her problem was. Charged a lot of money for the skin scrap, and never called me with the results of the skin scrap.
