Lived here since 2009. Management has changed multiple times. the most recent ones are horrible! I had went on for a month without cold water, during hot summer mnths. called more than 6 times! and now theres no hot water. got my car towed because they decided to charge for parking and not lable reserve parking "reserved". the damn exit gate does not even function and they want to charge tenants for all this crap. I also went on vacation for 2 wks, came home with apt broken into. then a person was shot to death walking home at night. this place is very unsafe for any family or single person to live in. DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THEIR PROMOTIONS AND MOVE IN!! your life is worth much more than what these ppl offer.

We love for every one to come and see what we have to offer here. We have new owners and mangement.
