Been going to her business for years with no problems. The owner (Patricia Thorne) is REALLY nice and professional. She helped me get more of a refund than when I did it myself.

My husband and I went to the location on Rayford Rd.

Victor assured us that he would be able to service our needs (my husband drove truck at the time, so the taxes needed to be itemized).

When we went to go over the taxes, My husband and I BOTH felt there was something wrong, but he pushed us to just push the go button. The taxes he prepared showed that we OWED $3,500! He then Had us make a check out directly to HIM. This did not sit well with me. I called them several times trying to figure out what the error was. We couldn't find the error immediately, but when we did and we approached him about it, he blew us off!!

I then decided to call the main office and explain the situation to Patricia (the owner). She assured us she would fix the taxes and we could file an amendment, no problem. When I told her about Victor charging us $600 and making it out to him, she appeared exasperated, and assured us it would be taken care of. She told us to put a stop payment on the check, AND THEN CHARGED US $325.00. The amendment was kicked back TWICE because it was not correct (that she supposedly prepared). After the second time it was kicked back, I called Patricia several times with no response. I emailed all the information and was ignored for over a month. When I finally got back in touch with her she said she would correct the amendment. Fast forward 6 months and we are now being audited. And to make matters worse, the folks who did the crap job on our taxes are STILL AT THE LOCATION! Victor Hernandez and his wife DO NOT know what they are doing, and the owner continues to keep them in her employ!!

She lied to us, and we now paid $325 to be audited. Do not use this company!
