If I could give less than one star I would. I question Orr Financial business practices and you should too. I was contacted by a lady named Paula. She reached out to me because she found my resume and wanted to bring me in the office for an interview. The position they were hiring for was a Paraplanner. I returned her emails detailing my experiencemail and thought it would be great at great opportunity, especially since she reached out to me first. She emailed me back saying that she forwarded my resume to the managers and they determined that they did not want to move any further due to where I lived. She stated that the managers said they'be found that people tire quickly of the commute. What a bunch of bs! You would think that a reputable company would come up with a better excuse than that to not hire someone, especially when they sought you out first! And shouldn't I be the one making the decision on what distance is too far for me to commute?!?! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't go here! Their business and hiring practices are questionable at the least.
