The manager Annie was SO Rude! I heard her yell at another customer and she snapped at me from the moment I came in. She even tried to ignore my requests to select another Shellac nail color ( I asked to change the color LONG before the polish was even applied)! While getting my services Annie the Tyrant Owner walked around barking orders to the sweet nail techs. She even went so far as to call a tech "stupid" in front of all of us customers. She then looked at us and said she was firing the woman that day (the tech was wonderful by the way but I guess Tyrant Annie was displeased that a small bit of water spilled out of the pedicure bowl. The tech completely cleaned the area up, so I was confused as to why the owner was acting so terribly)! I had enough of listening to Annie so she and I had a heated discussion about how awful her customer service and managerial skills are. I told her I would NEVER COME BACK THERE BECAUSE OF HER INCOMPREHENSIBLE TREATMENT OF STAFF AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE. Now I understand why she is always advertising specials on discount websites--because she can't keep good, loyal customers due to her horrible attitude. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE EVER. I couldn't believe what I saw, heard, and experieced there. I thought I was on the t.v. show "WHAT WOULD YOU DO"!
