We wanted to take a moment to thank you for the amazing limo service you provided last night. It was my sister's, Wedding. This was a huge event for us!
The Hummer limo was beautiful, clean, and luxurious. My sister and her husband felt like celebrities! They literally screamed in excitement when they sat inside the Hummer limousine and noticed the blue and red lights.
The limo driver was incredibly professional and helpful. He looked very distinguished and had a reassuring calming personality. We immediately felt at ease once we talked to him. What impressed us the most is the fact that he noticed how important this day was for us! He immediately reassured us that once he parked, he would wait, for one of us, to escort the wedding girl into the House of Blues Venue in down town. The sense of safety that Onyx limousine had! was greatly appreciated. We did not even have to ask him; he offered to help.
We want to spread the word as to how amazing your Onyx Company is, and how much we value professionals who take a hands on approach to ensuring the safety of the passengers. My anniversary was a blast because they made it special. From the party to the next venue, everything was perfect as instructed by my husband. I’m here just to recommend Onyx limo for being so friendly and kind to adjust to all my requests.

Our family uses Onyx limousine service for airport pickups and drop-offs, and recently for my sister’s wedding. We are not easy family to deal with, as we have elderly and young children to transport back and forth. Great limo service! We used Onyx Limousine for our wedding to take us to the church, to the reception from the church and then to the Omni hotel afterward. Their limos are nice and very comfortable and the drivers are all very friendly and perfectly punctual. On the way to the reception, we had a fantastic time drinking champagne and listening to music. Onyx Limo was more than accommodating with our needs, taking both sides of the wedding party to the church separately, a 30 minutes long trip from the church to the reception, and then a completely different vehicle to shuttle us and our family’s to the Omni hotel from the reception. We had heard about all kinds of horror stories from other couples about drivers who were late, who were rude, or who got lost, but Onyx Limo in Houston was perfect, professional, and on time to everything. They took loads of stress off of our exciting day. I recommend Onyx Limo in Houston very highly!

Great service, courteous staff, punctual drivers. The Escalade was clean, nice and roomy. The phone booking was quick and very easy, and they followed up with a courtesy call with driver name and number. An overall relaxing and comfortable experience.

From making my initial reservation with Irene to the fallow up communication with the company & especially the experience on the beautiful stretch limousine was all top class service. After booking, I received a detailed confirmation receipt with an itemized bill. The driver came 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. The car was clean and stocked with water and ice. Great limo service. I received an email to confirm my booking, another email the day before my service to reconfirm my time and service. Then I received an SMS with our driver name and phone number. The driver was well dressed, punctual and on time, the limo was clean and there was bottled water on ice. Onyx limousine service is highly recommended from someone travels often.

It was an amazing event taking a Limo for my bachelorette party. Onyx limo provided an excellent service and made my bachelorette party night to be the best night ever. Just had the pleasure to deal with Onyx Limousines and honestly nothing fell short of my expectation. The staff was extremely friendly and our Hummer limousine look very luxurious and super clean. Our first impression of Onyx limousines was professional and well coordinated. My friends and I enlisted their assistance after we made a brief phone call inquiring about their services. The representative on the phone was knowledgeable and efficient. We didn't waste any unnecessary time. We were able to establish an appointment without any effort. Onyx limousines picked us up on time and took us to our event within the time frame we requested. The chauffeur was friendly and easy going. This was a smooth transition with this company. I would recommend Onyx limousines for transportation needs.

We had the best time on the Party Bus!! This is not what we are used to! These party buses are literally nightclubs on wheels. It was way more fun than the actual club. I've booked about 3 times since i moved to Houston and won’t make the mistake of booking with anyone other than Onyx. Ask for Brenda, she always gives me the best deals and makes sure everything comes out perfect.

I booked one of their SUV limos last minute and they really worked with me and couldn't have handled it in a more courteous and efficient manner. They had the best rates in Houston when I shopped around and countered that with exceptional customer service! My night went amazingly well and it was definitely enhanced with Onyx limousine and sensational customer service all the way through.

I rented a limousine from them. The person that set my reservation was friendly and helpful. They later call me to confirm. My driver was punctual. All my guests loved the limousine they sent us. It was my first time renting a limousine and I am so glad that my experience was so pleasant.

I like to talk about the good which was the driver and the ease of reserving the party bus. Now lets get down to business. I looked at the bus at the shop and requested the stripper pole be removed due to the whole family riding (Kids). The bus felt cool at the shop, but of course it was inside the shop and not outside in the heat so I could really tell what it would feel like in the Houston heat on the road. I paid 862.00 for six hrs and it was not worth a dime of it. The driver was very nice, but the bus was extremely hot and the CD player could not pick up any local stations. I was told the CD player was Bluetooth enabled and of course it was not. The bus had my girlfriend, family and friends sweating on our ride to A Taste Of Texas. I was extremely embarrassed and really wanted a resolution to the situation, but of course I did not. THINK TWICE OR TOU WILL BE OUT OF $900.00 LIKE ME

Overall is was a great experience. Me and about 12 friends went out for my girlfriends birthday. The driver was early, polite, very helpful. They have great prices compared to anywhere else I saw. Just an overall great company.
