Just had a silk blouse ruined by this store. They insisted that I must have "walked in the rain" in my silk blouse. Hardly . . . Strange stains down the front. They tried three times to remove. When I picked it up, they said it was fixed, and it looked fine in the bag. Got home, and you can still see the stains, and the blouse itself is a darker shade than it formerly was from however they were trying to treat it. The blouse is trash. Not bothering to pursue a claim; just called and told them they will no longer be getting our business.

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been too. I left them my High School letter jacket to get cleaned and next thing I know I'm being called saying my letter jacket has been "ruined". I race over to the store where I find that my LEATHER letter jacket has been put in the dryer and the leather sleeves are ruined. The store owner assures me that he is a "expert" tailor and he will sew my old patches onto a new jacket that he will reimburse me for. I then take my new jacket, along with my old ruined one, back to the Champions Dry Cleaning store and they write me a check for the new jacket and promise it back "as good as new" in 2 weeks. When I return to the store 2 weeks later, I inspect my "new" letter jacket and I am horrified to see the worst patch job I have ever seen in my entire life. There are holes in the stitching, the patches are uneven, and the thread is different colors.I urge you, DO NOT go to this store unless you want your clothes ruined by an unprofessional business
