I highly recommend using Olshan for foundation repair and waterproofing services! They do a great job and are very trustworthy!

Foundations? I don't know. But, don't ever use these guys for plumbing. $11.25 a foot for PVC pipe? I think you get the idea! Way too expensive. Did I mention they were WAY too expensive? Steer clear!!

We have had two houses repaired by Olshan. One was done in 2003, the other in 2008. My dad owned the first one and mostly took the lowest estimate. I do not always do that, but this time, he was right. The man came out, was friendly, the work done on time. When dad died three years later, the salesman came to the funeral. The other house was done just as well, and the failed supports repaired without question. All toll, it was worth the $30,000 we paid for about 50 piers. We will use them again, and whole hardeldy recommend them.

I can't recomment Olshan at all, but zero stars was not an option! We could not even get them to give us a quote. The service man came to our home in Durham on March 14th and then did not answer any email or call us until I got back in touch with the main website. Then his comment was that he did not know what a "wote" was. Well if he was a smarter man he would have been able to see a typo and figure it out or email us back to find out what we wanted.It is March 31st and we have not heard from him again. At this point I sent another email at the main site, but I asked them not to contact us again and I am still looking for a reputable foundation company.

Excellent service, best repair plan. Had several estimates and Olshan was the only one that made sense and actually fixed my foundation!

The service was so far above what any of my neighbors had from other contractors that I was overwhelmed. The crews worked hard, cleaned up nicely and repaired my home. One of the most expensive, but the guarantee backs it up!

Olshan caused more damage than my home is worth. They fixed the problem with bathroom door sticking, but broke all of the plumbing underneath my house in addition to breaking windows, pulled the counters away from the wall....the list goes on. I now have sewage spilling out underneath my house....wish I still had that sticking door! They will not fix any of their mistakes.
