Had a technician come out after the AC we had them install last summer went out. Told us there was a leak and offered to fix but it was going to be $600. With small children and a hot house we agreed. While the repair was being done, the owner called me and was pushing me to give him $6000 for a new unit and I kept telling him no. Went to pay when he was done and because they didn't take credit cards the technician called the owner of the company and I was asked if I could get a cash advance on my credit card and pay cash. I told them hell no and they allowed me to write a post dated check instead. Not even five days later, the AC went out again.This time I called someone else who came out and told me what a horrible job was done in an attempt to fix the unit and that we more or less threw $600 down the drain. After nothing could be done, the new AC guy installed us a brand new unit for only $2200!! Talk about how much worse this could have been had we fallen for the Oliver Air $6000 scam...I do not recommend this company to anyone!!

A technician was sent from this contractor by our home warranty company, to repair a very minor problem with the AC. The technician took advantage of the situation and imposed other expenses, unrelated to the AC problem. We had no choice but paying him an extra $ 300 out of pocket. The technician tried to impose other expenses, but we resisted.
