Great customer services....

My husband and I had were not to happy with the tax reduction guy we used last year so this year we decided to give O’Connor and Associates a try since he had some positive reviews and was very close to where I work. We were not disappointed. Service is great. Very amicable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking. You won't be disappointed.

O’Connor and Associates staffs are professionals that are there to help you with your property tax reduction. These guys are people you can trust and confide in and are there to help you get as much reduction as possible. They are fast and friendly with their customer. I recommend O’Connor and Associates to all my friends and family.

Before finding O'Connor and Associates, I called about 4 or 5 places near my area and anxiety was not going away. So I just needed somebody to do well with helping me save some of those tax dollars. I wasn't expecting any miracles but there was huge difference between the way O’Connor's served their customers. I got my taxes done last year by Sam. He's great at his job and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your tax reductions.

The savings were without doubt good. The fee (50%) was a little off-putting, though. But for the time I didn’t have to spend on doing the groundwork it was well worth it. O'Connor & Associates have represented me a couple of times now. First time, no tax savings, no fee. Second time quite good savings. The fee was 50% of that, but so what. The time I saved was well worth it. A very nice firm where people actually remember your name after you come there for a while. For easy property tax reduction, O'Connor & Associates does the job.

I contracted with this firm to represent me at my property tax hearing this year,2010.They did not show up at the hearing and cost me a huge tax increase.They claim they tired to reach me before the hearing but i have two voice mails,a mailing address,land line and cell phone and received no messages from them on any of my services. These guys solicited my business for a property tax appraisal protest. Not only did they miss the scheduled hearing TWICE, they did NOT follow up with anything--calls emails, letters from the Appraisal Board, etc. I finally "went to the top" with my concerns and found nothing but incompetence. They sound great when you sign up with them. But they are empty suits. BEWARE.

Last year O'Conner and Associates protested my taxes and $5,000 came off the value, which reflected the community I live in with many foreclosures. This year after appraisal went up $6,000 I used them and they were able to get appraisal adusted by $1,000. I had sent them comparable properites, photos, and so much more and they did nothing with them.

When I went to counry appraisal office and presented my information value of home was lowered $12,000 to reflect five foreclosed homes on our block, and other issues realated to value. Don;t use them, do it yourself it is not that hard to get values from your area, and show where the market price of a home is. They simply did not do what they were paid for.

Please check the BBB website on this company before using. They have a very high number of unresolved complaints. I was extremely disappointed in the manner in which O'Connor & Associates handled my property tax protest and believe that, in my case, they were incompetent and negligent. Furthermore, they did not take my complaint with the BBB seriously. Keep an eye on them if you decide to use their services.
