Great DIM SUM HORRIBLE WAITERS!

I had to ask for Everything, water-Hot Tea! Never knew who our waiter was, finally asked a busser for water and ice!!! We go there at least 6-8 times a year!! Wait staff walked by me 3-5 times and they walked right by me not once not twice, but 5 times!!! Hope it get's better on next visit for Dim Sum!!
