I had looked at many different cars and went to Nxcess last (not expecting to find anything there). Boy, was I wrong! The vehicles offered were stunning, and the service was top notch. I was a little concerned that I would not be purchasing from a "traditional" car dealership, but my apprehension was unfounded. The salesman I worked with, Tim Darby, was extremely knowledgeable and very easy going - no pressure to buy like I had encountered at the traditional dealerships. And he even helped me when I had questions about where I might get some aftermarket work done on the vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the entire staff and would not hesitate to recommend Nxcess to friends and family. And of course I love my new vehicle!

This is makes my 3rd car that I bought from this dealership. Jacek and Richard are incredible to work with and make buying a car very easy with competitive prices and great car quality/conditions . I will continue to send my family and friends to this dealership.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant of all my stops while shopping for a used car.



Enter Ivan. This salesman made up for any chilly reception. He was friendly, polite, and a gentleman from start to finish. Took me out to test-drive the car I was interested in, and impressed me with his extensive knowledge of cars the whole time. He was cracking light jokes in between explaining facts about the car...I've never been as impressed with a salesperson. It is a big dealt for me that as a girl, I felt no pressure of the "sleazy salesman" type.



I would recommend anyone used-car shopping to head over to Nxcess Motorcars and ask for Ivan. I'm still deciding between the car I test-drove, and an SUV. But it was a clean car, very nice showroom, and the nicest car-shopping experience I've ever had. Including having once shopped for a new Toyota at a dealership. Hands down.

Reading thru the reviews, I was hestitate but than I decided to give them a try because there was several vehicle I was interested in.I ask them if I can do a buyers inspection before I purchase it. They approve of it and I end up purchasing a 2007 Infiniti M35 from them. The finance dept only offer me gap, extended warranty and credit life. I only purchase extended warranty. They were not pushy. I am very happy considering this is my first car purchase.

My experience at NxCess was a very pleasurable one. My salesperson Abraham made sure that everything he promised became a reality. I test drove the car on Saturday, took it to another dealership for a diagnostic review on Monday, and purchased it on Tuesday. The process was extremely stress-free and I am now going to enjoy my new E350.

I had a great experience a Nxcess. I was on the market for a luxury car. I expressed an interest in a 2012 Mercedes E350. The feedback was spontaneous. I set up an appointment, went through the test drive, overall great experience. They made the process seamless and were very forward with information about other car options, trade-in, and financing. In less than two hours everything was done.

Inquired about a 2004 E class online and mad a appointment.to come and see the car with Abriham . He was friendly and helpful and the car was beautiful. I did not purchase with Nexus being that I did not find there financing competitive and there monthly plan did not fit my needs. I found the same vehicle with less miles and was able to purcase at the rate I wanted. I put down a sizeable deposit but at Nexus with that same deposit they were still unable to meet my needs.

I have purchased 3 cars from this company and I have never had an issue. The have everything from a Mini's to Rolls Royce. They are easy to deal with. Their cars a very reasonably priced and they are extremely friendly. I have tried other dealers but always seem to come back to Nxcess.

Will do business with Jacek again and again. Nxcess is a trustworthy dealer with most competitive prices on the market. I had a pleasent deal and they were patient with me.

It was a pleasurable experience. Everyone worked together as a team to get the job done. Ivonne is so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention the entire staff is friendly and professional!! I'm well pleased with my GLK350?????????

Was shopping for a used Range Rover Saw one on on their web site Called and talked to Jacek... I asked for him because of all the outstanding reviews. After talking to him and meeting him in person to finials the deal I see why he's has so many good reviews. He's Johnny in the spot! He made the whole transition smooth and quick. Answered all my question, told me everything about the car. Took me to drop of my rental car. He's not you normal sales person... He's like talking to a friends.

I found a car I liked on their website, went in and showed them my proposal. They came back with their best offer and gave me time to think about it. There was no hard sell or haggling and the experience was really good from start to finish. This was the 2nd car that I have bought from Nxcess and I will go back in the future. I highly recommend them.

Tino Darby a sales guy is very helpful to get the things done quickly. The owner himslef step in to things done. Financial process is very quick then i expected.

I recently bought a 08 BMW there and I couldnt be happier with the experience. When I found the listing for the car online I was a bit hesitant because it was at a place that specialized in high end cars. I was expecting a snooty sales staff, lots of runaround, etc.



I was completely wrong! Nxcess had a very friendly staff and it was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. No runaround, no hidden fees, no rude salesmen.



My salesman Jacek was extremely friendly and put any worries I had to rest. Even after I purchased the car he let me know he'd still be there to help me with any issues I might have.
