I have watched our local durable medical equipment supplier get bought up first by ATG Rehab and then NuMotion and have experienced a worsening of customer service. I purchased a standing wheelchair nearly a year ago for my son who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury when a trucker fell asleep at the wheel killing my wife and injury him and his older brother.

To suffer such a tragedy is bad enough. NuMotion has added to this pain and suffering as I watch my son standing for the first time and able to reach cupboards for the first time since his TBI just to have that dashed when the chair breaks down and the vendor can't get the chair working or back to us for more than six months.

We still don't have the chair.

I will never use NuMotion again.
