I would recommend this company for event need. I recently organized/planned a wedding and i am so glad i called Nu trend to handle the set up. The owner was quick with responding to any inquiry, pricing was very reasonable. And on the day of the event, the execution of the bride's vision came to light. Nu trend went above and beyond our expectations. No detail was missed; Centerpieces, wall draping, lighting, outside ceremony setup, chairs, flowers, table setup etc; the owner was extremely responsive to each inquiry. I will definitely call this company if you are planning a major event.

I would never recommend this company to anyone! It was by far, the worst company that I have ever done business with! I specified every detail that I wanted for my wedding, and the owner decided to do whatever she wanted to do.



When I confronted the owners about the issues that I had with their work, both of the owners told me that it was my fault, the bride. The owner's exact words were, "You've been a pain from the beginning. I told my workers that you are very particular, picky, and hard to please. My workers got so frustrated with you because you didn't like what they were doing. I don't know why you came to us for business. This was just a wedding, and you should have trusted us to do whatever we thought looked good. You should appreciate what we're doing, not complain."



I ended up spending thousands with this company, and they had the audacity to blame me for their mistakes. They were not remorseful for even one second throughout the entire process. They don't know the first thing about customer satisfaction. They did not care to please me as a customer, instead, told me that I needed to appreciate what they were doing for me, which was absolutely nothing. I would have never imagined that the owners of a company would treat their customers the way they treated me.



DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!
