The manager there ( Ricky ) has hired all of his friends to work there as refs. Poor managerial skills and does not know how to effectively take charge of his staff. He seems to get into fights on a regular basis with his staff and people who pay to play there. This is not the type of person who should be running this facility. All the refs and even Ricky himself play on about 5 or 6 teams each season. Favoritism is shown towards staff members when they play. I have seen a rapid decline in teams that sign up because they would rather play at a better facility. The building leaks heavily during storms and just looks like a run down warehouse. The parking lot is a pot hole covered mess. The new turf is a step up but everything else is awful.

This place has a fun and nice enviroment, I encourage people to join the fun here at NWIS

Too expensive, too many conflicts, no good experiences, no service, favoratism, bad refs, 1 out of 10 employees is nice. Even with a new manager the service remains the same. If you are not a part of "their click" you do not get the service you expect and require. You pay too much money for the service they give the paying customer. Instead of going to relieve stress you come out even more stressed out. Conflicts 24/7 even the police has to be called to the location on several occassions. Refs have no experience and cause many of the problems. Service gets the people very agravated. Children should not be taken to this facility!!
