This review is regarding my 1st visit. The first visit was to repair a coolant leak which required the replacement of the thermostat, radiator and radiator cap. I had to pay $322.25. I know that this was more than it should have been because all of the parts did not need to be replaced and I had done some research on the issue but the problem needed to be resolved immediately. You will pay more for convenience.



My 2nd visit went as follows: I had an oxygen sensor code on and the vehicle needed to be inspected. The result was they checked the car and verified the O2 sensor was bad. I was told the cost would be $130.00 They then put a new one on and checked the car again, drove it for 20 miles and confirmed nothing else would cause the car to fail inspection. They also put some oil in my car and broke the interior hood latch when they opened it. They decided to not install the O2 sensor because the problem will return until I can get the Catalytic Converter issue fixed. So for checking my vehicle, an O2 sensor part, and breaking my hood latch, I was given a bill of 187.11. I had already told them that I was unemployed right now. I was told I was given a discount because they charged me for labor for each time they tested the vehicle. I also asked for the hood latch to be repaired and was told that because of the age of the car and if they just tap it and it breaks they are not responsible. I had never had any issue at all with that latch prior to this. I still have to have the O2 sensor installed. I have to give them a star rating to submit this but I must say that I do understand a need to make a profit. With that in mind, I must also say that I can think of several ways that this issue could have been handled differently. All of those ways, start with a phone call to me, the customer. These were my results. You be the judge as to whether you think that this was good business.

I walked in thinking i was going to pay a fourtune for all the repairs i needed done on my car. I needed an oil change, new brakes, tire rotation, new wipers, and a transmission flush. I've been to both of their locations down 290 and on west road and might i say they are the friendliest of all businesses. They gave me an excellent deal on all the repairs i needed and even gave me a rental car for the time they were fixing my car. I was able to pick my car up the next day! I now know they they will be the only people i will go to for any type of car repairs. The managers are really nice and friendly and actually care about the customers. Nice waiting area and complimentary tv and coffee
