North shore Glass Co recently installed 12 large pieces of glass to be used as whiteboards in our conference rooms at my companies new office building. They were very professional and organized. The men were respectful of working during business hours and worked quietly. Honestly you would have never known they were there. They even cleaned up behind themselves! We love our new glass whiteboard so much we are going to have them install glass whiteboard in the employees offices next!

They are lairs, rude, rednecks and un-professional.



Went in for a piece of glass and they decided to change my order to another type of glass instead without asking. Not even the same color I requested. Then they cut it wrong. When I asked about it they refused to correct the problem and said i called in the size earlier and that is what i requested.



Well, that is interesting, since I was a walk in customer. The the lady behind the counter pulled out a piece of paper and said this is the size i requested. Well, when i placed the order she didn't write anything down.



Then they had the audacity of expecting me to purchase another piece from them. When i refused they got upset. I am not paying for their mistakes.



Avoid them!!!
