2013- I moved in not that long ago not knowing they have a huge roach and rat problem. A worker came in to spray from a can. Needless to say that did not work at all. I told him I believe these apartments are infested. He smiled and said yeah look, then showed me his work order that had a big list of apartments that he had to go to for rats, roaches,and flees. I keep my house really clean but that doesnt matter after I wipe down my counter tops.They all come out just to drink the left over water and disaffected. Also their always cutting off the water for long periods of time 10am till 430 pm. They claim that their working on the water. I have yet to see anyone working on the water, but funny thing is our water will not get hot. It stays luke warm/cold. We cant even enjoy a hot bath. My carpet got soaked twice because of their fault not repairing my neighbors tub and my tolit. They refused to give me new carpet and just cleaned it. They told me if I wanted new carpet then I would have to pay for it because its an amenity. I refuse to pay for it because their negligence to fix things, its their fault not mine.They give excuses for the cold water. First they said it was my unit , now their saying that its the pipes. Hello, last time I checked pipes have absolutely nothing to do with the water not being hot. The only thing that has to do with that is tampering with the gas or hot water heaters. Its against the law to tamper with the heat. The law requires for the water to be 120 degrees comming out of the faucet and I know its nowhere near that. They always want you to refer people to live here and they will give a disscount off rent, but in situations like these who would want to even live here..Best advice I can give is look somewhere else.......sally
