I only lived here for one month with no water and everything floods from the kitchen to the bathroom my a/c hasn't worked for two days and they have me paying 890 for a one bedroom this place isn't fare to anyone.
My neighbor ceiling fell in and there still trying to maker her pay hmm really

Well if your looking for a great, warm, safe and friendly place to move you and your family this is it!! I have lived in apartments my whole life and I have to say I will be here for a long time to come or until they ever sell this place!! LOL
The office staff make you feel like your part of the family from the mintue you come in to get info about the apartments! I LOVE the fact that the owner and management are on top of an issues on the property and try to resolve them quick! The ladies in the office always have parties on holiday's and breakfast for us on Saturday's. The manager Mariel McMann and Patti Cruz are awesome with the kids on Friday's they get Popsicles!! I have NEVER seen an office so good with the kids of the property like they are here!!!! MOVE HERE YOU WONT REGREAT IT!!

The apartments are nasty. Rats and roach problems. Kids roam free in the parking lot. Where r theparents at? Bad pot holes Iin the lot. Be prepared to wait for maintenance to do their job. Staff lies and makes excuses for the repairs not gettin done. Treats other races diffrent. The lady told me and another lady that we needed insurance in order to get a tag to park in the lot, but the hispanics she gave it to them with no insurance. How do I know this,, because my husband is hispanic and she gave him the tags and didnt need insurance, but when I asked first,,insurance was a must
