This agency is taking customers money and not insuring their vehicles. This happened to more than 10 of our customers. they ARE selling bogus policies. BE AWERE!!!!

My car was hit by there client and I've been calling them everyday and no one is calling me back its going on two weeks now and my car is still damage they are the worse insurance company to have I dont think any one sign up with them and there staff is so rude they cant give you a straight answer and they ignore your callsIf anyone is dealing with them you should get a lawyer I want them shut down they should not be open

I signed up with Northstar in September 2012. They gave me an awesome quote for only $110 a month for full coverage. 3 months later I recieved a new bill for 159.00 a month. I called to complain with my insurance company and was told that they never recieved proof of home ownership and previous coverage. I never told them that I owned a home and they did not submit proof of my previos coverage. After calling Northstar the woman Kathy claimed the guy Ronald no longer works there. Well they lied again after three days I called back and she said he stepped out. They are liars and lack integrety run!!!!
