I go here often and they have some of the best food in Houston. Service and atmosphere is great and I look forward to my weekly drive to this establishment.

rude staff.. I live down the street from them and they couldn't find my apt complex and they try to sell me the same burgers when I went up there when they could not deliver... I would give it 0 but I have to choose one

My son found a hard, sharp piece of plastic on his pizza. (Pics posted above) He could have choked on this. The pizza was dry & difficult to eat. My husband described it as, 'chewing on a flip flop'.  When we called to complain, we were told that we would not be given a refund. We will never order from here again.

I was very impressed with the menu selection, great food fast service my kinda place.

They started out great, but have gone downhill fast. They have many problems with a very slow cashier and screwing up orders. We had been going on lunch hour, so time was very important to us. The bread is fresh & tasty, but salads are room temperature & kind of yuk. The portions are getting smaller and the employees constantly changing. No one seem to know what they are doing. When you order from the displayed menu, they are still confused. Have seen several "arguments" between the employees over exactly what was ordered. No team-work here! My last visit I ordered a "Veggie Melt"... Menu advertised peppers, mushrooms, etc. What I got was grilled meat, melted cheese with lettuce & tomatoes. Took it back & a guy said that it was right. Ate 1/2....took it to them again saying this is not what I ordered. Then they argued with me. VERY MILITANT female cashier walked over to discussion & began to be aggressive. I had 4 employees all arguing with me with raised voices . Embarassing enough to me to say I will never be back to this establishment. Food is OK, but the management needs to overhaul the employees and service. Too bad there is no rating below 1 star, because I would definitely give it here.

Just opened, they have burgers, deli sandwhiches, mediterranean and a few other selections. Food was great, stopped in because nothing was open on Easter Sunday.
