She seemed quite convincing at first. But after I paid the fees my case was handled quite casually. When my application didn't receive a response she did not suggest any solution. It was only after I upgraded to premium that I received a response with was an RFE. Even after receiving two RFEs the responses prepared by her were quite inadequate. It just seemed like she was not interested at this time. Moreover, she came up with baseless reasons for why I could have gotten an RFE (such as being friends with someone from a particular religious community and nationality). However, the issue was the paperwork that she prepared which was lacking.

This is not a rant or a false accusation because after my application was rejected and Tina blamed Godly powers for the rejection, The same application for H1 was approved when filed within months through another attorney.

She is incompetent and can probably handle standard cases. There are far better attorneys in Houston who will give you better service and will help you when you need them rather than shrug shoulders and come up with silly stories to scare you off.
