I was able to scheduled the same day appointment on weekend.

I had no problem, nothing to complain.

I had apointment for ear wax in my one ear with Dr Cuong Xuan Nguyen. when I arived at office they charge me $90.00 for process before they put me in room. After doctor Cuong check me, it start hurting my ear and bleeding. Doctor told me put drops in ear for 4 days and it will get better. Front recepcianinst gave me sample of drops and ask me to pay $80.00 more. I told her give me priscription so I will get drops from Pharmacy. She refused to give me priscription without paying $80.00 more. My ear was hurting, I request to talk doctor but she not let me talk doctor. I have to leave doctor office. I got appointment at another doctor and to recheck My ears and get priscription to stop hurting my Ear.
