A driver almost hit me while pulling out onto Lee Rd! License plate number BL1 8831. I tried to call the ministry several times with no answer so I could report the issue to them before I called the police with no luck. Some kind of ministry they are!! Can't even answer the phone!!! And no voice mail either!! That lady driving didn't even say sorry or anything. She acted like she did nothing wrong. Now my truck is out of alignment and dirty because I had to swerve into the ditch to miss hitter her!!
