Do not waste your $! They are very unprofessional. Multiple people worked on my hair and it turned out horrible. When I went back to try and get it fixed Nora was a complete b*tch and was soooo rude. If you want a bad hair cut and bad color this is your place! When clue count their services on groupon or living social there's a reason! Bc there services aren't worth the price they think.

I made an appointment a week ahead only to find out it wasn't worth the effort. I called a half hour before my appointment to confirm and was told that, Yes, it was still at noon. I show up only to be completely ignored. In fact, there was only one woman I could see who asked me what I needed. I told her I had an appointment at noon and she said they were busy. I was confused. Two gentleman walk in and a woman from the back comes to the front and greets them. Says nothing to me until I tell her I have an appointment at noon. She looks at the appointment book and says that she needs to check to see if the woman is still coming in because her daughter is sick. I was a little livid because I not only called ahead, but they had my phone number to reschedule if they needed to. The woman walks to the back with her phone, calls the woman (i'm assuming) then walks to one of the gentleman and proceeds to start to give him a hair cut. I ask her if the lady is coming in and she says, Oh, she should be in in about 15-20 minutes. I just got up and left. This salon isn't serious about their customers.

This is the worst place I have ever been! I maded an appointment for 11am a wewk in advance just so I dont have to sit n wait too long. However, when I got to my appointment there was already 2 person waiting since 9:30, they have bewn waiting for almost 2 hrs. While we sat there no one that worked at this salon even acknowledge us. After I realized I was invisible I went to ask what the hold up was n was told to go sit down. They were behind. I would have walked out if I hadn't already paid for the service through Groupon. Never will I ever go back ti this place. They don't know how to treat ppl or run a business. Ive travel the world n have never been treated so poorly. Stay away from this dump!!
