They refinished a tub for me a few months ago and the paint/caoting started to chip up. I have tried to contact them numerous times through phone and email and have received no response at all. They have made no effort to fix my issue under their "warranty." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My bathtub looks incredible. Carlos was easy to work with and very polite. People at the office were always helpful too, they answered all the questions I had prior to coming out. Thank you New Generation.

I was very disappointed with the results and the price. I would not recommed this to anyone unless it is some antique tub you really want to keep. Otherwise, it is more cost effective to rip out the old and istall new, much better value.

The work done for my old 1920s house was excellent, and allowed me to keep the original sinks, which are part of the time of the house, and for the same price as new, very inexpensive ordinary sinks. I was very pleased with the results, and the people in the business are a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend New Generation Remodeling.
