This is not a fancy nail salon. It's simple and affordable for a quick medi and pedi. Tiffany has been there since I started there when I was 23 and waxes to perfection..Jeinie one of the owners is friendly and courteous. No they do not speak a lot of English but they get the job done. Also it is clean but gets crowded and they will always open a new pack of sterilized tools for you...If you have a place to be I recommend making an appointment it def helps...I always do.

I've been going to Neon Nails for 4 years, and I love it. I just go for the basic mani/pedi for $25. The other review was correct they don't speak much English, and it can be crowded. If you want a high-end, luxury spa setting, this is NOT the place for you. But if you want a quick, inexpensive nail job, Neon Nails is fine. (Like any other place, some technicians are better than others, but most here give a killer arm/hand and leg/foot massage.)
